William Hawkins Technical Services Director

William joined Synergex in 1996 as the director of information technology. After two years in that role, William joined the Professional Services Group, where he provided consulting services to Synergex customers and directed the group for two years. From 2000 to 2006, he split his duties between directing the HelpDesk Support and Professional Services teams and continuing to consult for Synergex customers. Starting in 2007, his focus has been solely on consulting and managing the Professional Services Group. William has been working with the Synergy/DE environment since 1983, both developing Synergy applications and consulting for Synergex customers. Prior to coming to Synergex, William worked as the programming manager responsible for the development of a Synergy/DE-based equipment rental application.
